Is water out or weak at EVERY fixture — including a cold tap or hose bib as far from the meter as possible?
Testing cold-only, far-from-the-meter fixtures separates whole-house supply problems from single-fixture or hot-side issues.
Always de-energize the circuit and verify it's dead with a tester before opening any device. When in doubt, call a licensed electrician.
