It fills and washes fine — but the tub stays full of water at drain time?
If it drains but won't spin, that's usually the lid switch or an unbalanced load. A tub that stays full is a drain path problem.
Always de-energize the circuit and verify it's dead with a tester before opening any device. When in doubt, call a licensed electrician.
