Does the fan blow strong air (just not cold)?
Weak flow is a dirty filter/coil; strong-but-warm air points to mode settings or the refrigeration side.
Always de-energize the circuit and verify it's dead with a tester before opening any device. When in doubt, call a licensed electrician.
